Mrs. Ruby Evans Renfroe, age 94, of Lumber City, died Monday, August 03, 2020 at her residence.

Mrs. Renfroe was born April 06, 1926 in Wheeler County to the late Theodore Evans and the late Vienna Evans.  She was a Seamstress, sweet Homemaker, loved growing pretty flowers and adored her grandchildren. She was a member of the Lumber City Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Renfroe and several siblings.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law; Betty Sue and James Emory Tate of Snipesville and Jan R. and Shine Smith of Lumber City; sister, Clara Deese of Florida; seven grandchildren, Jamie Tate (Becky), Andy Tate (Candice), Stacy Stone (Linda Gail) Adam Smith (Dorianne), Brandi Webb, Ronnie Smith (Maura) and Matthew Smith (Misty); fourteen great-grandchildren, Chloe, Maley, Dylan, Cooper, Abigail, Gabriel, Landon, Gavin, Tyler, Lakelee, Jay, Drew, Peyton and Jaxon; special family friend, Chris Clark; several nieces and nephews also survived.

Graveside Services will be held Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 11:00Am at Riverside Cemetery in Lumber City with Mr. Terry Brown officiating.

Active pallbearers will be grandsons, Jamie Tate, Andy Tate, Stacy Stone, Matthew Smith, Adam Smith and Ronnie Smith.
