Mrs. Shae Morton Carter, age 64 of Hazlehurst, died Monday, April 20, 2017 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross. Mrs. Carter was born January 27, 1953 in Bullock County to the late Jack Walter Morton and the late Vivian Lee Brannen Morton. She was retired from the State of Georgia and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hazlehurst. She is preceded in death by her brother, Derman Morton "Skeeis
