Sharon Morris Rowland, age 62, of Baxley, died Sunday June 10, 2018 at Appling Health Care. Ms. Rowland was born October 22, 1955 in Fulton County to the late Alton Morris and the late Glenda Wigley Morris. She was formerly employed with Hazlehurst Mills and a member of the Lumber City Church of God. Survivors include her husband, Ronald Rowland of Hazlehurst; daughter and son-in-law, Crystal and Nicky Lee of Baxley; sisters, Marlene Morris of Hazlehurst and Sharmaine Simmons of Baxley; brothers, Michael Kirkland of Hazlehurst and Danny Morris of Hazlehurst; two grandchildren, Brycen Lee and Carson Lee; several nieces and nephews also survived. Visitation and Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home, visitation will begin at 10:00am and funeral service will follow at 11:00am with Rev. David Deen officiating. Interment will follow in the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Ms. Sharon M. Rowland, age 62, of Baxley.
