Tammie Faye Herrin Davis, age 56, of Hazlehurst, died Friday, December 21, 2018 at her residence. Tammie was born May 17, 1962 in Appling County to the late Joey Herrin and the late Martha Faye Rentz. She was a waitress with Western Steer Steakhouse and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband, Mather Davis of Hazlehurst; four sons, Jesse Davis of Hazlehurst, Jake Davis of Hazlehurst, Butch Davis of Ala., and James Davis of Ala.; four grandchildren, Windy, Bryson, Payton and Cole; sister-in-law, Wilma Davis Rigdon; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survived. Visitation and Memorial Services will be held Monday, December 24, 2018 in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home, visitation will begin at 1:00pm and service will follow at 2:00pm with Mr. Jacob Jackson officiating. Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for Tammie Faye Herrin Davis, age 56, of Hazlehurst.
