Tammie K. Johnson, age 55, of Hazlehurst, died Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Jeff Davis Hospital.

Tammie was born October 07, 1964 in Silver Springs Maryland. She was a Warehouse Manager with South Georgia Cotton Gin and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.  She is preceded in death by her father, Harry James Johnson III.

Survivors include her son, Payten Hamm; mother, Mrs. Beverly Hennessee Johnson; sisters, Kimberley Tomlinson (Wallace), Amberley Jarusinski (Michael) and Heather Mims (Joey); brother, Harry James (Johnny) Johnson IV; several nieces and nephews also survived.

Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00pm in the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home.
