Mr. Winnon Douglas Griffin, age 51, passed away Friday, September 4, 2020 at Lumber City Nursing Home.

Mr. Griffin was born November 21, 1968 in Alma, Georgia; he was preceded in death by his father, Winnon Griffin, mother and step-father, Nettie Selph Hamilton and Leroy Hamilton, Jr., brother, Allie Jerome Griffin and a sister, Lavon Gambrel. He was a member of Shelton Chapel United Methodist Church and attended the Appling Jeff Davis Services Center.

He is survived by his brother, Wesley Griffin of Hazlehurst and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Hazlehurst City Cemetery with Rev. Allen Rea officiating
