Mrs. Alberta Lynn Shipley, age 46, of Hazlehurst, formerly, of New Jersey, died Tuesday, April 04, 2023, at her residence.
Mrs. Shipley was born on October 13, 1976, in Brownmill New Jersey.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lawton David Sims and Alberta Mae Burney Sims, sister, Lisa Sims, and her brother, Clark Sims.
She was a waitress at the Huddle House of Hazlehurst.
Survivors include her husband, Rodney Michael Shipley of Hazlehurst; son, Austin Sims of Hazlehurst; daughters, Alisa Sims of New Jersey, Savannah Shipley of Hazlehurst, and Faith Shipley of Hazlehurst; brother, Mark Sims (Denise) of New Jersey; six grandchildren, Skylar Clark, Lucas Clark, Lilly Shipley, Sophia Hewett, Blake Ryan Shipley, Mason Ryan Shipley.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
The Shipley Family and Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home respectfully ask all in attendance to continue to follow social distancing guidelines set by our local health district and the CDC.
