Clara Lynette (Mosley) Adams

Ms. Clara Lynette Mosley Adams, age 81, of Hazlehurst, died Saturday, January 22, 2022 at her daughter’s residence.

Ms. Adams was born March 23, 1940 in Wilkinson County but had resided in Jeff Davis for the past fifteen years.

She is preceded in death by her father, John Wesley Mosley and mother, Alton Mae McCoy Mosley, husband, Charles Kenneth Adams, sons, Dennis Kennedy and Harold “Ricky” Kennedy, daughter, Melissa Smith, granddaughter, Marsha Hoffman, brothers, Wayne Mosley and Jimmy Sellers.

In her younger years she loved hunting and fishing but as time passed, she loved putting puzzles together and doing cross word puzzles. She will be sadly missed by all.

Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Renee Adams (Glenn) of Hazlehurst; six grandchildren, Kayla, Tiffany, Joey, Kimberly, Carmen and Kristy; great-grandson, Peyton Bentley and great-granddaughter, Adlee; nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Graveside Services will be held Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 2:00pm in the Palmetto Cemetery in Brunswick with Rev. Jinker Horton officiating.

Active pallbearers will be Jeff Emory, Sean Coles, Tony Hutchinson and Wayne Bennett.
