Danny Summerlin

Mr. Brooks Danny Summerlin, age 72, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2020 at his residence.

Mr. Summerlin was born June 9, 1948 in Hazlehurst, Georgia; he was preceded in death by his parents, the late Brooks Wadis Summerlin and Margaret Clark Summerlin. He was a member of Satilla Free Will Baptist Church and was the assistant manager of their family owned business, Summerlin Hardware.

He is survived by his daughter, Sheri Summerlin (David) Newman of Waycross, two sons, Brooks Danny Summerlin, Jr. of Tucker and Thomas Brandon (Sharmin) of Lilburn, a sister, Christa S. (Bob) Wiggins of Baxley, three grandchildren, David Scott Newman, Brittany Anna Marie Newman and Zaydon Summerlin.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, November 9, 2020 at the Satilla Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Paul Smith officiating.
