Diann (Ryles) Miles

Mrs. Diann Miles, age 69, of Hazlehurst, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Memorial Hospital in Savannah.

Mrs. Miles was born on December 18, 1954, in Jeff Davis County.

 She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude Moye Ryles, Ouida Mae Dayl Ryles, her sister, Nora Vaughn, her brother, James Ryles, niece, Sandra Hester and nephew Ken Lightsey.

Diann was a kind, southern Christian lady, loving, sweet and gentle soul, also such a meek and humble spirit. She was an awesome wife, mother, cook and homemaker, her top priority was taking care of Mr. Randall and Tony.

She enjoyed getting up every morning and reading her bible, her demeanor always showed that quality.

She was an active member of the First Alliance Church of Hazlehurst for many years, and since 1986 she was a Board Member and the Treasurer of the church.

She loved her family and her church family dearly; she defiantly will be missed by all.

Survivors include her husband, Randall J. Miles of Hazlehurst, son, Tony Miles of Hazlehurst; brother, Herman Ryles of Hazlehurst; sister, Bobbie Jean Weaver of Atlanta; her nieces, Stephanie Wendorff of Minnesota, Donna (Dean) Norris of Hazlehurst, Sherry Miles of Hazlehurst; nephews, Eric Hester of Hazlehurst, Jeff (Rhonda) Miles of Hazlehurst, Steven (Kesha) Miles of Hazlehurst, Michael Lightsey of Hazlehurst and John Lightsey of Hazlehurst.

Memorial Services will be held later.
