Dortha Nell Clance

Mrs. Dortha Nell Clance, age 83 of Hazlehurst passed away peacefully on November 23, 2023, surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Clance was born to the late Mr. William Smith and Nolia Davis Smith. She was preceded in death by her Parents, husband, Donald Clance, daughters, Caroline Langston, Jackie Stanley, Betty Rowland, great grandchildren, Carter Clance, and Hudson Baxley. She loved her family and will be missed dearly.

Survivors include her son, Jimmy Clance (Linda) of Hazlehurst, son in law, Neubern Rowland, 9 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren also survive.

A graveside service for Mrs. Dortha will be held Satilla Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery on Tuesday November 28th beginning at 11:00 AM. Rev. Darrell Hand will officiate, and Mrs. Joyce Garrett will render a musical selection.
