Ferrell Yawn Obituary

Mrs. Ferrell Hall Yawn, age 67, of Baxley, died Friday, September 25, 2020 at Memorial Hospital in Savannah.

 

Mrs. Yawn was born August 02, 1953 in Jeff Davis County.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Byrom Hilton Hall Sr. and Mary Ruth Graham Hall, niece, Chanda Renea Sears. She was retired from the Carpenters Local Union of Savannah and a member of Hazlehurst Church of God.

 

Survivors include her husband, Donald Leroy Yawn of Baxley; two sons, Scott  Yawn (Leah) and Brent Leroy Yawn (Stephanie Williams);   two sisters, Helen Hall Stewart (Mike) and Betty Hall Davis (Wayne); three brothers, Don G. Hall (Barbara), Byrom H. Hall, and Ricky Dale Hall (Phyllis); grandchildren, Josh Yawn, Ashleigh Cox, Kaylee Yawn and Abby Yawn; several nieces and nephews also survived.

 

Graveside services will be held Monday, September 28, 2020 at 2:00pm at Zoar Cemetery with Rev. Jeremy Deloach, Rev. David Miller and Rev. Nathan            Smith officiating.

 

The family may be contacted at the Yawn Residence, 4862 Graham/Zoar Road, Baxley.

 

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the Yawn family and Wainright Parlor Funeral Home respectfully ask all in attendance to wear a mask and follow the social distancing guidelines set by our local health district and the CDC.
