George Arthur Brooks

Mr. George A. Brooks, age 76, of Hazlehurst, died Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at his residence.

Mr. Brooks was born March 26, 1945 in Anniston Alabama.

He is preceded in death by his parents, George Washington Brooks and Frances Estelle Truett Norris, step-father, Dence Floyd, brothers, Walter Jones and Roy Floyd sisters, Dorothy Adams Gulvin, Ethel Adams Spradley, Louise Adams Rowland, and  Betty Floyd Rentz.

Survivors include special friend, Aida Hicks of Hazlehurst; brother, Ray Adams of Hazlehurst; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 03, 2022, at 11:00am in the Hazlehurst City Cemetery with Rev. Charles Carter officiating.
