Mr. Jason Michael Smith, age 45, of Lumber City, died Monday, May 09, 2022 at Memorial Health in Savannah.
Mr. Smith was born March 14, 1977 in Jeff Davis County.
He was Boilermaker and a dedicated member of Lumber City Baptist Church.
He had a strong work ethic but in his spare time he enjoyed playing cards, pool, spending time with family and most of all he loved his daughter Jade and spending time with her.
Survivors include daughter, Jade Smith (Nicholas Coleman) of Lumber City;
mother, Cynthia Powell Harrell of Lumber City; father, Glynn Smith of Mt. Vernon; brothers, Brenton Smith and Spencer Smith both of Mt Vernon; sister, Angel Smith of Lumber City; soon to arrive his granddaughter, Miss. Tinsley Coleman; several nieces and nephews also survived.
Visitation and Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 16, 2022 at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home, visitation will begin at 12:00- 12:30 with Private family viewing from 12:30-12:50 and funeral service will follow at 1:00pm with Rev. Glenn Stinson and Rev. Brian Brazzell officiating.
Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Spencer Smith, Brenton Smith, Lance Smith, Daniel Smith, Richey Smith and Jeremy Smith
