Kendall Medders Obituary

Kendall Dewayne Medders, age 41, of Hazlehurst, died Monday, May 03, 2021.

 

Mr. Medders was born November 04, 1979 in Bacon County.

He was a truck driver employed with Southeastern Freight and a member of Oakland Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his niece, Analiah Ellison.

 

Survivors include his wife, Jessica Andrews Medders of Hazlehurst; children, Kennedy Medders and Kallan Medders of Hazlehurst; mother, Anna Gilbert and Wayne Parker Jr. of  Alma; father, David and Jan Medders of Hazlehurst; brother, Cole Medders of Hazlehurst; sister, Josey Taylor of Augusta; extended family; Joey and Judy Andrews, Jason and Jenna Taylor, Jaylee and Jase Taylor, Mikah Ellison and Joshua Ellison.

 

Visitation and Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 07, 2021 at Oakland Baptist Church; visitation will be begin at 1:00pm and funeral service will follow at 2:00pm with Rev. Royce Hulett and Rev. Joey Andrews officiating.

 

Interment will be held in the church cemetery with Rev. Dustin Hutto and Rev. Scotty Orvin officiating,

 

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Jessica Medders, 165 Ernest Carter Road, Hazlehurst, Ga. 31539.

 

The Medders family and Wainright Parlor Funeral Home respectfully ask all in attendance to continue to follow the social distancing guidelines set by our local health district and the CDC.
