Shelia Kay (Walker) Flack

Ms. Shelia Walker Flack, age 72, of Hazlehurst, died Sunday    October 08, 2023 at Lumber City Nursing Home.

Shelia was born December 11, 1950 in Lexington N.C.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Wayne Flack, parents, James Ernie Walker and Mildred Williams Walker, sister, Kathy Walker Hedrick, brothers, Jim Walker, Fred Walker and Don Walker.

She loved spending time with her family, listening to Christian music and was a member of the Hazlehurst Church of God.

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff (Loretta) Flack of Mt. Airy NC, Jason (Sherry) Flack of Austin Texas and Jeremy (D’Laina) Flack of Fort Worth TX; daughter, Annette Gardner of Alma; sisters Janet Walker Allen (James) of Alma and Karon Walker Rybak of Hazlehurst;

Twelve grandchildren, Laura, C.J., Jessica, Jake, Harley, Stacey, Ike, Evan, Kimberly, Cameron, Lee and Landon; ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 13, 2013 at 11:00am in the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery with Mr. Danny Burns and Rev. Jeffery Spell officiating.

Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home at 10:00am.

Active pallbearers will be C.J. Miller, Jacob Miller, Cameron Rigby, Lee Miller, Landon Gardner, Stacy Bohannon and Ike Bohannon.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Lumber City Nursing Home.

The Flack Family and Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home respectfully ask all in attendance to continue to follow social distancing guidelines set by our local health district and the CDC.
