Terry Lamar Ursrey

Mr. Terry Lamar Ursrey, age 74, of Route #3, Hazlehurst, Ga. passed away peacefully on Monday, June 24, 2024.

Terry was born on October 15, 1949, to Virgil Lee and Lucile Strickland Ursrey in Hazlehurst.

He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings Evelyn Ursrey Gay, James (Buddy) Ursrey (Janice), Wilbur Ursrey, Travis Ursrey, Barbara Ursrey McLoon (Herman); and brother-in-law Bob Rackley.

Terry is survived by his siblings Raymond Ursrey (Vickie), Gloria Jean Ursrey Ketchum (John), Wynell Ursrey Rackley, Randy Ursrey (Debra), Virgil Ursrey (Elaine), Faye Ursrey Black (Julian), Kenny Ursrey (Felicia), and Ricky Ursrey (Sallie); sisters-in-law Jean Ursrey and Sandy Ursrey, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Graveside Services will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024, in the Satilla Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery at 11:00AM with Rev. Ronald Cobb officiating.

At the request of the family, in lieu of flowers contributions can be made to your favorite charity in memory of Terry.
